2. Products

2.1. Gepetto Mods specializes in handcrafted, custom and ready-to-ship devices (“Mods”).
2.2. Each product description, including dimensions, materials, and images, is provided for informational purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, shape, or finish may occur.
2.3. Products are intended for adult customers only (18+ or as defined by local law). By purchasing, you confirm you meet the legal age requirements in your country.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Orders can be placed directly via our online store or through custom order requests.
3.2. Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1. Ready-to-ship products: Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EC. To exercise this right, please contact us by email before returning the product.
5.2. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5.3. Custom orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Custom orders cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
5.4. In case of defects or damage, customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under EU consumer law.

6. Warranty

6.1. All Gepetto Mods devices include a 6-month warranty for craftsmanship and a 30-day warranty for electronic components, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications by the customer.

7. Liability

7.1. Gepetto Mods shall not be held liable for improper or unlawful use of its products.
7.2. Products are intended for experienced adult users. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local vaping laws and regulations.
